Construction has started on Claremont of Crown Point, Northwest Indiana’s newest Medical Resort™, located at 1555 S. Main Street, Crown Point, IN.
The 66,598 square foot building will offer 30 service-rich, well-timed assistance apartments and 70 Recovery Suites™ for those in need of top-of-the-line assisted living and rehabilitative care. The majority of the rooms will be single-bed rooms with private bathrooms. The handsomely-appointed design and hotel-like environment will be comfortable and engaging with concierge-style delivery of services and intergenerational activities. It will include a rehab center, movie theater, game room, restaurants, walking trails, Wi-Fi, an onsite chef and other amenities.
The development is expected to create 350 temporary construction as well as more than 100 full-time, good paying jobs.

Carmel, Indiana-based Mainstreet is developing the property. Claremont of Crown Point will be a Member Facility of the Illinois-based Symphony Post Acute Network and is expected to open in April, 2015.
