The public is cordially invited to attend the City of Gary’s Black History Celebration Thursday, February 26th at 6:00p.m. in the Council Chambers.
There will be soloists, dramatic presentations and a special performance by the Youth Service Bureau. Mayor Freeman-Wilson will also recognize the first group of Gary Legends for 2015.
The program will be broadcast live on WJPN-TV Channel 4 (Gary’s Public Access Channel) and streamed live at www.ustream.tv/search?q=wjpn.
