City of Crown Point to welcome new orthopedic clinic

Lakeshore Bone & Joint Institute (LBJI) will host a Ground-Breaking Ceremony for its new Orthopedic Clinic facility on Wednesday, October 23rd at 9:00 am CST on the site of their new location in Crown Point, Indiana in the Parkways of Beacon Hill Business Park at the Northeast Corner of 109th Avenue and Delaware Parkway. “LBJI will begin construction this fall on our new 40,000 square foot Orthopedic Clinic that will include Orthopedic Diagnostics, Patient Exam Rooms, Orthopedic Urgent Care, Rehabilitation Center, Pain Management Center and Administrative Offices. Our new Crown Point facility will provide convenient access to orthopedic health care services to the growing populations of Crown Point and South Lake County” said LBJI Board President, Dr. Thomas Kay.

Mayor David Uran said, “With the recent announcement of the new Franciscan Health Crown Point Hospital Campus and now the Lakeshore Bone & Joint Clinic, the City of Crown Point has become a location of health care technology innovation and service distinction. We welcome LBJI’s new facility and their center of orthopedic excellence”.

The new LBJI facility is designed by Shive Hattery of Valparaiso, IN, DVG Team of Crown Point, IN, and will be constructed by Tonn and Blank Construction of Michigan City, IN.
