Chesterton Middle School physical education students had a visit from the Chesterton Police Dept. (CPD) recently as part of their College and Career Readiness Unit. Students learned how physical education and fitness are used out in the work force.
Students watched carefully as CPD Chief Dave Cincoski has Officer Randy Komisarcik demonstrate a proper push up (one fist from the floor) for the physical agility test that all police officers must pass to be on the force.
