The Chesterton High School Chapter of National Honor Society will welcome one senior and 84 juniors into membership during the 67th annual induction ceremony on Wednesday, April 2 at 7 p.m. at the Chesterton High School Auditorium.

Opening remarks will be made by Principal Jeff Van Drie and followed by the induction ceremony. The ceremony will highlight the cardinal principles of the National Honor Society-scholarship, leadership, service and character. Each new member will be individually recognized and presented with a membership certificate by Van Drie. The NHS advisor is CHS science teacher Jack Neuliep.
All students invited to become members of National Honor Society have passed through a rigorous selection process that examines the areas of scholarship, leadership, service and character. National Honor Society was created by and is under the direction of the National Association of Secondary School Principals.
