Database Analyst. 

Essential Function

The Data Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical services and solutions that meet business needs.  Work will include the connection of various business systems and data silos to facilitate a holistic business analysis and reporting of vital KPIs. The position will meet frequently with business units to discuss needs and effectively communicate technical solutions at a business level. 

Primary Responsibilities & Duties

1.      This role will be responsible for the gathering and documenting of both functional and technical requirements from business and project teams.

2.      Evaluate, design, review and implement and maintain databases to the needs of business.

Investment Coordinator

Essential Function

Perform support functions including use of computer systems, reviewing forms and reports for accuracy and providing service on member insurance and investment accounts.

Primary Responsibilities & Duties

1. Responsible for working from multiple branch locations greeting members and answering the telephone. Must evaluate member needs to provide service or referral to an Investment Representative for assistance.

Essential Function

Mortgage Support Desk Specialist

Essential Function

Provides support in the completion and distribution of mortgage loan application disclosures, Loan Estimates, Revised Loan Estimates, and Closing Disclosures. Essential Function

This position will be responsible for the performing clerical functions and account maintenance of products supported by Collateral Services department.

1.      Processes and balances credit insurance, debt cancellation, GAP and non-automated payments to member accounts.

Universal Banker

Essential Function

The Universal Banker is responsible for conducting financial transactions in an accurate, timely and professional manner. This role is also responsible for the sales and servicing of all credit union products and services, while focusing on building relationships and expanding TCU’s wallet share. This role is a leader within the Service Center.

Primary Responsibilities & Duties

1.     Proficiently performs the duties and responsibilities of the Universal Representative III.

2.     Responsible for following established guidelines and procedures while processing new and existing accounts.

3.     Responsible for problem solving through research, using open-ended questions, and consistent follow up to ensure member satisfaction and assessing risk.

4.     RBC knowledge and implementation of method to appropriately fact find with members.

5.     Responsible for overall impact of Service Center member service.  

6.     Responsible for individual performance goals and results as directed by Service Center Management.

7.     Responsible for providing operational and member service assistance to other Universal team members.

8.     Multi task to support all branch functions to support office needs.

9.     Participate in continuing education as assigned.

10.  Minimizes risk of losses, including cash differences and other controllable losses.

11.  Complies with the credit union Check Cashing, Cash Control and Transaction Approval Limits policies

12.  Volunteers for Special Projects Within the Scope of Job Responsibilities.

Loan Servicing Representative

Essential Function

Performs a variety of post loan closing duties involving loan maintenance, loan adjustments, report monitoring, insurance monitoring, payment processing, credit reporting, lien perfection, payoffs, lien releases and document archival. Provides exceptional service to members and team members, via the telephone and email.

Primary Responsibilities & Duties

1.     Responsible for correspondence and communicating with members and team members over the telephone and e-mail regarding loan servicing related requests.

2.     Responsible for processing internal and external requests for reversal of loan fees, adjustment of payments, loan payoffs and satisfaction of mortgages.

3.     Performs monitoring of loans for required insurance, claims processing and force placement if lapse occurs.

4.     Responsible for ensuring compliant reporting to Credit Reporting Agencies.

5.     Responsible for collaborating with Consumer Loan Servicing to facilitate Credit Report Disputes via e-Oscar, phone, e-mail or mail. 

6.     Processes payments for various insurances and taxes.

7.     Ensure compliance with all escrow regulations.

8.     Assists in monitoring various loan reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with servicing TCU lending policy.

9.     Performs various transactions and reporting in servicing secondary market loans with Fannie Mae and/or Freddie Mac. 

10.  Establishes and services individual and commercial member’s credit card accounts.

11.  Assumes additional responsibilities as requested by the manager.

Payment Processing Clerk

Essential Function

Responsible for the accurate and timely posting of payments and deposits received by mail and from the Tellers. Is a resource for questions and problem solving. Assists in training of new staff.

 Primary Responsibilities & Duties

1.      Responsible for collecting, opening, verifying and posting payments or deposits on the applicable computer systems.

2.      Prepares and electronically posts computer generated reports.

3.      Responsible for collecting, depositing and balancing deposits received from business partners.

4.      Responsible for researching and resolving complex member inquiries concerning deposits, loan or credit card payments.

5.      Responsible for working with the Accounting Department to balance the general ledger accounts.

6.      Responsible for competent processing of financial transactions, verifying accuracy, balancing daily procedures and meeting security guidelines.

7.      Assumes additional duties as requested by the Supervisor of Payment Processing.
