Michael E. Schrage, CEO and Chairman of Centier Bank, is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Michelle Maravilla to Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
Maravilla began her journey with Centier 15 years ago and has been an influential part of growing the associate community. Most recently, she had been the Human Resources Director and worked to provide strategic direction to create the Centier culture.
“I love my role at Centier, where I feel like I am making a genuine impact,” Maravilla said. “Centier does so many amazing things for not only the communities we serve, but also for our associates. There is a genuine family feeling throughout the bank, and I am so honored that I get to help directly build that.”

Maravilla lives in Crown Point, Ind., with her husband, Dave, and their two daughters, Arriel and Eva.
