Michael E. Schrage, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Centier Bank, is pleased to announce Linda Davidson has been promoted to Vice President, Director of Compliance.
Davidson joined Centier in May of 2022 after previously working in compliance departments for other regional banks. She is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager through the American Banker’s Association and assists the ABA as a reviewer for the Reference Guide to Regulatory Compliance. Davidson oversees Centier Bank’s compliance functions to ensure operational effectiveness, adequate oversight, and control of the bank’s compliance activities.
“I have greatly enjoyed working at Centier for nearly two years, and serving as a partner to our internal teams who are providing remarkable service to our clients,” Davidson said. “Centier’s Compliance Team epitomizes the spirit of diligence and commitment. I’m dedicated to leading the department in adhering to regulatory standards in an effort to achieve compliance excellence.”

Davidson is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. She resides in Upland, Ind., with her husband Frank.
