Celebrate 2015 National Library Week

Lake-County-Public-LibraryLake County Public Library will be celebrating National Library Week on Sunday, April 12 through Saturday, April 18. To commemorate this celebration the Library has decided to provide a new service of automatic renewal of items checked out at any of its branches. On the date items are due, all eligible items will be renewed automatically through the Library's software. Customers won't have to lift a finger. Items that have been reserved by other customers will not renew as well as items that are on the Bestseller Express category and new release films. Customers will be notified through email about what has been auto-renewed and a list of items that are unable to be renewed.

Another new service now being offered at the Library is Flipster. This is a way to stream magazines to your browser or download them to iPad, Android tablet, or Kindle Fire.
