Brummitt Elementary fourth grade students collected food and other supplies as a holiday giving project for furry friends that do not have a home at the Porter County Animal Shelter. Representative Jon Thomas of the Porter Co. Animal Shelter talked with students about the shelter and their needs for the animals being housed.
