Board-certified family nurse practitioner Jessica Van Noort is now part of the Franciscan Physician Network and is accepting new patients in Cedar Lake.
Van Noort, NP, earned her master of science degree in nursing at Chamberlain University and her bachelor of science degree in nursing from the University of St. Francis.
In addition to family medicine, her clinical interests include acute care, disease management and preventive care.
