The Chesterton Art Center will be offering a 2-day children's class focused on the ancient art of Egypt, Greece, Rome and Medieval Europe. During class, students will create two-dimensional mixed media works of art while learning historical information about these classic times. Plus, participants will learn drawing techniques to enhance their work. If students have an art box, they are encouraged to bring it. Otherwise, supplies will be provided.
Class is designed for children in grades K-5 and will run Monday, December 29 and Tuesday, the 30th from 1-3 pm. The cost of class is $30, with a $5 discount for members.
