Latitude Commercial assigned full-service management by Illinois investors
Latitude Commercial has been assigned a Property Management Agreement for full-service management of an 8,151 square foot retail strip in Alsip, IL. Located on Cicero Avenue near I-294, the property was purchased by a small investment group earlier this month. The four-tenant strip is anchored by a nationally recognized rehabilitation provider as well as a national sandwich shop.
The Latitude Property Management Division is delighted to get to work with this Illinois investment group.
