Albert’s Diamond Jewelers will be hosting their 11th Annual MS Auction at the Indiana Welcome Center on Sunday, Oct. 5.
Beginning at noon, attendees will be able to preview more than 100 baskets as well as hundreds of items available for auction. Items include jewelry, sports tickets, memorabilia, fine wines and fine art, as well as spa and golf packages. Item auctions begin at 1 p.m.
In addition to the auction, attendees may enjoy food catered by Jalapeno’s, drinks courtesy of Lithographic Communications, and a performance by artist Elliot From of Artbeat Live.
The event is free and open to the public. Attendees may participate in both live and silent auctions. New this year, items will be available for bidding from computers and smart phones at http://alberts.myab.co.
In 2013, the Albert’s MS Auction generated more than $130,000 for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Unlike many charity events and fundraisers, 100 percent of all proceeds raised at the event go directly to multiple sclerosis.
The Indiana Welcome Center is located at 7770 Corinne Drive, Hammond, IN 46323. For more information, contact Albert’s Diamond Jewelers at 219-322-2700.
