Morales Named DAC MVP; CP Wins Conference

crown-point-bulldogs-logoCrown Point's Carmelo Morales has been named the 2013 Duneland Athletic Conference Boys Soccer Most valuable player, leading a group of five Bulldogs on the DAC team. Morales joined Connor Keaveney, Bay Kurtz, Stojan Krsteski and Spase Dorsuleski as all-conference selections.

Chesterton, who finished third in conference behind Crown Point and Valparaiso, had four all-conference selections: Billy Biehl, John Ward, Jared O'Dell and Caleb Gmyrek.

Merrillville added two on the team: Bradley Brack and Chiamara Anokwute.

Lake Central's Jorge Trujillo was also named to the team.
