Recently at Lake Central (LC), the Class of 2024 had the opportunity to participate in various spirit weeks leading up to the Prom on May 4. Juniors and seniors were in attendance at the Midnight Masquerade Prom at the Halls of St. George that night. The following week involved some of the Class of 2024 being awarded scholarships for their post-high school plans including the Army, college, and trades.
Coming up for LC, students will end the school year on May 28. On that day, seniors will spend their last moments of high school preparing for graduation, visiting old teachers and schools, and taking a class picture.
The summer at LC will be busy as there will be various academic and athletic summer camps taking place. One of which is the robotics camp run by the robotics members and Coach Danielle Carr.
