“I grew up right off the square, and we always attended the Fourth of July Parade. When I was 10, I walked in the parade with the Town and Country Shopper Newspaper, which I used to deliver,” Mayor Pete Land said. “Attending the parade is something I look forward to every year, and I am excited to see everyone on the square this year for a great Fourth of July celebration.”
Like last year, the City of Crown Point invites the community to vote for their favorite Fourth of July Parade entry by visiting www.crownpoint.in.gov. Winners will be announced during the July City Council meeting.
