On January 26th, McColly Real Estate held its annual Performance Plus Breakfast at Innsbrook Country Club to celebrate the year’s payout. The Performance Plus Bonus Program is McColly’s wealth building program that offers a structured way for brokers to invest a portion of their commission along with a company match.
“I’ve been at the company for 33 years and as soon as the program started I jumped right in. My contribution along with the company match grows tax deferred for five years” Paul Boyter, Managing Broker of Chesterton and LaPorte offices with McColly Real Estate, said.
At the event, Ron McColly, Founder of McColly Real Estate, spoke about his mentor Warren Buffett and Berkshire Hathaway Inc. Berkshire Hathaway Inc. is one of the investment options of the Performance Plus Program.
“Berkshire Hathaway has access to low-cost, non-parallel sources of leverage that allow us to safely own far more assets than our equity capital would permit,” Ron McColly said.

At the breakfast, Ron McColly and Tracy Parus, president of McColly Real Estate, revealed the large check, totalling over $800,000.
