University of Chicago Medical to provide mental health services in the Region
University of Chicago Medicine has signed a long term lease to occupy approximately 2,000 square feet of office space at 8585 Broadway in Merrillville. The practice operating at this location will provide mental health services to patients. The office will operate on the 6 th floor of the building and plans to open its doors in summer of 2022.
Antony Miocic, Director of Office Group at Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial, in collaboration with NAI Hiffman, represented the landlord in the transaction. “This is a great central location for a mental health practice and a great fit for the diverse professional services offered at 8585 Broadway. University of Chicago Medical will provide a useful and much-needed service to patients in the area.” Latitude Commercial provides commercial real estate services throughout Northern Indiana and the South Chicago Suburbs.
