Latitude Commercial has been assigned a Property Management Agreement for full-service management of a 12,818 square foot retail building, located at 350-374 Indian Boundary Road in Chesterton, IN. The property was purchased by a local investor and was represented by Myles Rapchak, Latitude’s Vice President/Principal. The building currently has 10 tenants including Midwest Eye Consultants and Lemon Tree Mediterranean Grill. “We are really happy to be able to acquire this property in the rapidly growing Chesterton market.
