Valparaiso City Council approved a tax abatement request for a 65,000 sf multi-tenant building that is being proposed just north of Indiana Beverage off SR 49. The building can accommodate up to 6 tenants with suites ranging from 7,500 sf or larger depending on needs. This building will fill a niche in the greater Valparaiso area that is currently not being meet in the marketplace. Businesses will have the flexibility to expand and grow in a state-of-the-art building that has visibility and easy access to SR 49. With the tax abatement approval, the proposed development can now move into the final phases of site planning and permitting process with the city and state. Bluejay I, LLC is the anticipating a groundbreaking in July and construction completion by the end of the year. Holladay Properties and Holladay Construction will be overseeing the development and construction of the building.
